The Advocate Studio

The Advocate is the only one in the Elbasan District that offers free legal services to women and girls for more than 20 years. Free legal help is available through:

• Legal advice;
• Drafting of legal acts, addressed to the court for the initiation of court cases (lawsuit request, appeal request, etc.) or addressed to public/non-public institutions for providing the necessary information for a judicial process (written evidence);
• Representation with a free lawyer at Police Stations and Courts;

Providing the Primary Legal Aid service guaranteed by the state to all individuals in difficult economic conditions. Law No. 111/2017, dated 14.12.2017 “On Legal Aid Guaranteed by the State”, where since 10.09.2020 WFE has received authorization from the Ministry of Justice.
